Through ongoing communication with category buyers, we aligned curated SKUs, margin structure, and marketing assets to create early traction with a U.S. lifestyle retailer known for trend-forward curation.
This project showcases how precise assortment decisions, retail compliance execution, and sell-in strategy can successfully convert a Korean beauty brand into a launch-ready U.S. retail partner.
