Chasin’ Rabbits entered the global market with a playful, ingredient-first identity — but required a more structured story for the U.S. retail environment. Nexora identified the categories and SKUs with the strongest commercial potential, prioritizing formats, textures, and price points that match U.S. buyer expectations.
We rebuilt the brand’s pricing architecture (MSRP / Wholesale / IMU), curated a retail-ready assortment, and simplified the core narrative into a buyer-focused positioning: clean, functional, and sensorially engaging.
Through targeted outreach across specialty beauty and lifestyle retailers, we introduced Chasin’ Rabbits with a clear, confident retail story designed to create quick traction while setting the foundation for long-term relevance in the U.S. market.
