Kahi — U.S. Entry
A viral multi-stick brand translated into a structured, margin-aligned retail strategy built for long-term U.S. market growth.
(about the project)
Kahi is globally recognized for its signature multi-stick format — a portable, sensorial application style that gained viral traction across Asia. But in the U.S. retail environment, the brand required a more grounded, commercially structured approach.
Nexora rebuilt Kahi’s U.S. pricing and IMU architecture, aligning the brand with both specialty and multi-category retail requirements. We curated channel-specific assortments, clarified hero SKUs, and repositioned the narrative to shift perception from viral product to functional, multi-benefit essential — better suited for everyday U.S. retail contexts.
Through targeted outreach across beauty, lifestyle, and multi-channel retailers, Kahi’s stick format was reframed into a compelling value story centered on usability, convenience, and visible results.
This project demonstrates how a high-awareness brand can scale sustainably in the U.S. when supported by structured pricing, clear hierarchy, and defined channel strategy.
