Nexora strengthened Tocobo’s U.S. expansion by identifying the most scalable hero SKUs, refining the product messaging into clear benefit-led statements, and reshaping the assortment into a hierarchy optimized for beauty specialty and lifestyle retail.
We emphasized Tocobo’s clean ingredients, visible results, and sensorial textures, translating these strengths into a concise retail narrative that U.S. buyers can immediately understand. The updated structure ensured that Tocobo’s expressive brand world could scale across channels without losing consistency or clarity.
